Homes, Apartments and Condos under 1000 SQ FT are priced at a flat rate

*Apartments and Condominiums require parking provided by client

All residential cleaninGS will
receive the following services during each visit:

Bedrooms

Dusted (top to bottom), vacuumed, mopped and pillows fluffed

Bathroom

Bathtubs, showers, sinks and toilets scrubbed thoroughly, faucets wiped and polished, mirrors cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, fronts of doors and cupboards wiped down.

Kitchen

Counters and cupboards wiped down, dishwasher and refrigerator wipe down, oven range cleaned and polished, floors vacuumed and mopped.

Living and Dining rooms

Dusted (top to bottom), couches and chairs vacuumed, pillows fluffed, floors vacuumed and mopped, 

Hallways and Stairs

Vacuumed and mopped.

Add-Ons

Window & blind cleanings, linen changes, emptying of garbage at an additional price.

Refrigerators and oven cleanings at an additional price.
